Indio closed (MSP)

Somnifor Dec 29, 2008 05:12 PM

I was walking down Lake St tonight and saw the lights were out and there were no trespassing signs on the doors. A look at their website confirms that they are closed.

Check out one of their other restaurants, <a href=http://www.elmesonbistro.net/&gt;El Meson.</a> Very similar flavors but with more fish and seafood, if that's what you're into.

I've been to El Meson and Cafe Ena, and have not been terribly impressed. El Meson's mofongo is way too dry, and I've had salads at Cafe Ena that were either overdressed or unbalanced in terms of flavors. I did have a nice ceviche at Cafe Ena, but I was hoping I'd enjoy Indio more.

Spread themselves a little too thin just before the mierda hit the fan I imagine.
