Amazon prices confuse me

Are these the same items?

Both look like a 9 inch Staub pan. One has much bigger dimensions (but the same weight); one has a warning about lead; one says black matte.

They do have different model numbers. I'd call Amazon 800 201-7575 or Staub 1.866.STAUB.US and ask

On my computer, the dimensions and shipping weight are the same. Only difference is that one has the honeycomb bottom and the other doesn't.

All Staub have a black, matte enamel finish.
