Solana Beach area New Year's day Brunch

I tired searching best brunch in San Diego but didn't come up with anything. I'm looking for a brunch in the Solana Beach area (Del Mar, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Leucadia etc) let's say in the 15-30$ pp range. I'm craving some yummy eats to ring int he new year. Thank you. Oh I have to be able to bring my very well mannerd baby with me if that changes anything. He has slept thru every meal he has been to.

I like The Beach Grass Cafe in Solana Beach for brunch. I like the Solana Beach location better than the Encinitas one. Same owner as Honey's

There is also the brunch master's website, but you should call as he lists Sunday brunch.

do you have a preference in terms of atmosphere? Honey's in Encinitas is super-casual & homey, and they have yummy breakfast/brunch food.

Americana in Del Mar is another option...the portobello omelette is my favorite.

both places are kid-friendly. i'd check with them to see if either one is going to be open for brunch on New Year's Day.
