Looking for Kani Su - sushi wrapped in cucumber

Has anyone had this here? I was in Florida recently and a friend ordered this roll. It was so delicious, I can't stop thinking about it. It was crab wrapped in layers of thinly sliced cucumber. The cucumber was maybe marinated in a sweet/vinegary mixture - this is just a guess - the taste was very light. It was served with ponzu for dipping.

Sushi Japon has a special house roll with cucumber as the outer wrapper. Don't recall what protein was in it but it did come with ponzu and was really striking
