Special occassion lunch in Atl -- is it possible?

I'm having difficulty thinking of a really great place to take my friend for lunch on her birthday, a Saturday. Most places I think of -- Doty's, Restauarant Eugene, Craft -- aren't open for lunch. Any suggestions? Price is not a concern, that the food be great is. I'd prefer somewhere inside the perimeter.

The Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton would be fantastic. When I got engaged, my mother in law took me to lunch at Neiman Marcus at Lenox. Very hoity toity! Lot of fun and food was good!

I believe Anis is open for lunch on Saturdays and I love the food and atmosphere.

I had my birthday lunch at Watershed this year. I thought the food was excellent.

Thank you for the suggestion. I love Watershed, live within a mile or so of it, and therefore was hoping to try something different. But it seems like nothing is open for lunch. And if it is open for lunch, it's not open for Saturday lunch. So it just may be Watershed by default, which certainly is a wonderful default.
