Ideas for harissa dipping sauce for fried seafood?
We're doing some deep-fried seafood as a course in our New Year's Eve dinner, which will otherwise be mostly Middle Eastern-ish. I thought it would be nice to do a dipping sauce made with harissa, but am having trouble figuring out what might work. Should I do something that's a yogurt/sour cream base? Thick or thin? What other flavors - lemon/lime? Any ideas? Thanks!
