Biscuit Rose de Reims uses

I've never even heard of these old-time cookies, until I attended a dinner party where the host served them with after dinner drinks. None of us knew even what to do with them, and since dessert was coming, I didn't even bother to try mine.

They are about as nice looking as cookies can get, and I was thinking maybe they can be used as a main ingredient for dessert.

I read online, traditionally you are supposed to dip these pink cookies in your champagne.

Has anyone tried using them for anything? Thanks for the help!

    1. I'm sorry this is such a late reply but I tried a wonderful French recipe last week that I wanted to share: a flan using the biscuits roses de Reims.
It turned out to be one of the best desserts I've ever made: http://www.histoiresucree.com/recipes...
