I used to live in Birmingham and we had the original pancake house there which I loved. Unfortunately there is not a location in Orlando. Any ideas?

I don't know if you can still get them, but I've never had better pancakes anywhere than the pumpkin pancakes at Mimi's Cafe. It's mainly a fall thing, but maybe they're still there. If not, try later this year. They are worth waiting for and put all other pancakes to shame.

It's not a pancake house, but First Watch (locations around Central Florida) has nice pancakes, some fun flavors and the pancakes are quite large. Blueberry Pancakes are great and I add Granola. Yum!

You can make your own pancakes at The Old Spanish Sugar Mill at DeLeon Springs park.

A place in Winter park on Fairbanks called Bakely's. Last time i had their pancakes they didn't last on the plate very long. Lot's of topping choices too!
