middle eastern groceries in Seattle

Does anyone know of a really good middle eastern/arabic grocery store in Seattle or environs?
We'd like to cook more middle eastern at home. Most items are not so hard to find at speciality stores, but other items, like maftoul and pomegranate molasses are elusive.

I agree with Mr. Nelso on PFI. I've gotten pomegranate molasses, rosewater, orange blossom, carob molasses, and harissa paste. I think it's a good place to get started. Have fun!

You can find these items at the Souk in Pike Place- but they are small and their stock is a little intermittent and unpredictable. Still worth checking if it's close to home or work for you.

Though my personal range does not include White Center, Burien, or other likely Southern locales, I'm certain you'll enjoy a trip to Big John's PFI ( I think I saw pomegranate molasses there last week, in fact). The tiny Souk, near Seattle Cutlery and Starbuck's #1, is another treasure. Good luck and please report what you find...
