I know your looking to buy some, but whats funny is I just had some for lunch a few hours ago at Latin Chef. I would love to find out how they marinade them.

Yes! Its theirs that made me want to make my own. I have a video on my page that shows you how to make them: http://www.youtube.com/user/lapierrea

Iowa Meat Farms probably has them, and if not they'll get 'em for you. They've sold me everything from pig's feet to duck breasts. I love those folks. Is it weird that I have them on speed dial on my cell? (619)281-5766.

Starlite Lounge had them on their "spooky" Halloween Menu- I can't recall exactly how they were prepared, but they were toothsome. Along with their bucket 'o blood- borscht with potato-and olive eyeball floating on top and their Witches Cauldron- a superb mixed fry of toadstools, frog legs and snails. Their chef might be able to help you out.

Homegrown Meats has them. Expensive, but pastured.

Cows are raised on open pasture here in San Diego.
