Actually, bought up tons of the stuff this year and had 3 different kinds! Although no specific recipes for you, here's how we used ours up:
1. Mixed it with milk in and frothed it up for our cappuccinos and made egg nog lattes.
2. French Toast and/or Pancakes (we've done this before, it's very easy and delicious).
3. Rice pudding. We spiked this with additional dark rum and plump raisins it was delicious.
4. A friend makes ice cream out of it, but I've never tried this.
