New Year's Eve Dinner (Formal)

I am looking into the possibilities for NYE (yes I know it's late). My wife and I like to get dressed up, but unfortunately (for us, anyway) that is not the style in Austin. Is there any place in Austin where we wouldn't feel out of place in dressy or formal attire? I'm not looking for some outrageously priced restaurant; neither of us are into that really, but for a special occasion like NYE it might be OK. And we don't drink, so that is not important to us. What would really be the icing on the cake would be live music and dancing, but I don't expect to find that anywhere around here; live music without dancing seems like such a waste and I just can't understand it, but that is another matter. Anybody?

If by dressing up you mean a tuxedo and an evening dress I can only think of one place - Trio at the Four Season. It's the only place in town where it is common to see people formally dressed.
