Help...banana leaves in Victoria?

Is there any place to find banana leaves in Victoria? I'm making a slow cooked pork dish and want to wrap the shoulder in leaves.

  1. Try the grocers in China Town. The one on the same side of the street as Don Mee's has a good selection of things, and I'm sure I've seen banana leaves in the back near the rice.

Look for it in the freezer section. Filipino groceries will also have it.

Found it in Chinatown, the smaller store that sells fruit and veggies outside on Fiskgard had them in the freezer. Thanks!

Do the frozen ones work as well as fresh?
