Midtown at 3 AM
It seems as though after a heavy night of drinking, my friends and I always end up at some variety of diner for some late night noshing, which gets monotonous after awhile.
So, I'm looking for good, NON-diner places to go at 3 AM after a late night of drinking, specifically around midtown (anything between 59th and 14th, really). Any recs would be appreciated, thanks!

Sarge's Deli, on 3rd, b/t 36th & 37th Sts., is open 24/7.
Maison, a brasserie in the W. 50's, is also open 24/7.

Most of the Korean restaurants in Koreatown are open 24 hours, so consider Han Bat on 35th between 5th and 6th (OK, it's a bit dinerish but has some nice decor), especially for hyaemul (mixed-seafood) dolsot bibimbap; and Gam Mee Ok on 32nd between 5th and Broadway, especially for the Korean equivalent of cold (well, warm) cuts. If you want barbecue, I do believe that Madangsui (35th St. - same block as Han Bat) is also open 24 hours (I'm not positive, though).
