Ice Cream Yule Logs in Edmonton?!?!?

Can somebody please help me (yet again!)? I'm looking for an ice cream yule log in Edmonton and can't seem to find one. I've found a few of the cake variety, but none of the ice cream and cake type. I appreciate your help!!

what about marble slab? do they make them?

My husband went into the Marble Slab at the Namao Centre and was told that they don't have them at this time of year. lol I'd like to know when they do have them, in the summer?!?!?
