UES Tuscan Gem
Small place on First Ave (east side of the street) between 91 & 92 .. Cipolla Rossa... reasonable and ubelievably delicious. Marketing itself for Take Out but enough of a restaurant for a great meal out as well.

Glad you've found it, I've ordered in the panini a few time, love anything w/the broccoli rabe, also found the pasta fagioli amazing. Love going to the restaurant though, Angelo can't do enough for everyone. Great tiramiso. And the BYO tops it off.
