I know that i could make it, but does anyone know of a place I can buy fish stock in Seattle proper?

Thank you.

I know Whole Foods has it frozen. I've seen it at Metropolitan Market as well.

though fish stock is much easier to make than other stocks, there are times when convenience reigns. i have used commercially available bottled or canned clam juice on many occasions with good results. it is available nearly anywhere and is relatively inexpensive.

I believe Wild Salmon at the Fisherman's Terminal also carries it.

Town and Country Markets carry frozen tomato-based cioppino stock.
