Christmas Eve Breakfast?

Looking for a place to have breakfast for two on the east side on Christmas Eve before 11. My brother lives on the UES, I live in the East Village, it doesn't have to be right in between, but convenient to both of us, not too crowded, would be superb. Having a hard time finding anyplace open that early.

Petite Abeille does do waffles and eggs if you want to stick to breakfast time. It's a charming little place, actually - I go all the time for take out coffee. And their house egg sandwich is one of the best things ever! I dont' know if they serve it at the sit down restaurant, but I would assume so...
