Has anyone found a market source for white anchovies in the Boston area?

  1. I saw them the other night at Bina in downtown.

This question gets asked pretty regularly and maybe doa search for other sources if that's not convenient.

    1. I bought them at the Whole Foods on Cambridge St yesterday. Think they were about $8 per package; were in the case to the left of the fish counter.

      1. I have bought them at South End Fromaggio. I haven't looked, but I bet you can get them at Las Ventas (the Spanish market next to Estragon on Harrison in the S.E.)

        1. You can buy them at Whole Foods in Newton or at Russo's in Watertown.

          1. Thanks. I'll grab some coordinates

            1. re: neil

Marty's Liquors in Newton often has them in their deli section. This is next door to the Whole Foods in Newton on Washington Street.

            2. I saw some at Pace's the other day,
