San Jose Christmas dinner

Coming to San Jose for the holidays and need a suggestion for Christmas dinner
My mom only eats Japanese or Seafood(American or Chinese)

Need suggestions..

Checked open table any many restaurant are closed.
Only restaurant I was able to find that fits my condition was McCormicks....

Can stay in San Jose or will travel 20 minutes via car is someone has any good suggestions.
