Help! I need a standing rib roast from a good meat market in Rockland County, NY or norther Bergen, NJ by (gulp) Christmas Eve!

The A&P in Closter will clean and truss a standing rib roast for you. Plus they will cut it to you specific size.

You can get a very good standing rib roast at the A&P in Mt. Kisco from the butcher. I get mine there very often and they have all different grades, from Angus on up. Also, North End Quality Meats in Eastchester, Chappaqua Village Market, Sgaglio's in Katonah, Village Prime Meats in Armonk.

-Whole Foods, White Plains
-Fairway Market 133st off the West Side Highway in NYC (25 min drive from Nyack - Great market - worth the drive)
