BWI Airport (or Dulles or DCA)

Does anyone have an eatery in BWI that they can recommend? I'm usually stuck with McDonald's, Quizno's, etc. when I fly. Today's Times had an article about airport food (http://travel.nytimes.com/2008/12/21/...) but skipped DC.

BWI opened a small wine bar with a cute menu and a loungey feel. It's definitely a change from the usual bar food.
