cuban sandwich in SouthBeach?

Any recommendations? We will not have a car and we are staying in Southbeach coming to visit fron NYC. Really interested in trying something more authentic than we can get at home. Thanks!!

    theres a great cuban restaurant down on about 7th & collins- it looks like a normal diner from outside. totally authentic. also, la sandwicherie (take out) is in south beach, about 15th street or so (?), that has pretty good sandwiches over all.

      Calling Puerta Sagua (7th & Collins) great is probably a stretch, but no doubt they can do a Cuban sandwich. Here's another thread with a discussion of Cuban food options on South Beach ->
