MSP: Liberty Frozen Custard

I'm not an ice cream fan, but I do like hole-in-the-wall sandwich shops. Can anyone give a thumbs up or thumbs down to the food at Liberty in South Minneapolis?

If I had to use one word to describe the food, it would be "fine."

It's snack food. They have Nathan's hot dogs, some deli-style sandwiches, nachos, that sort of thing. I agree that it's "fine." The custard and toppings are really great, though, and the Liberty ambience is just charming.

I'll third "fine." it is snacky, the main draw is the custard, which is awesome, and the set up is really cute.
