Fishex had only chunks (I wanted fillets or sides) and Kasilof didn't answer my telephone message and my email bounced back. In the end I found and ordered filets from www.alaskasalmononline.com , which arrived and are in the freezer. www.wildpacificsalmon.com also has filets though they show only chunks on their website.
