Recent meal at Di Fara
I ate at Di Fara a few days ago for the first time in this current return home and there was an interesting little problem. While everything was great, the wait was non-existent despite it being a Friday (due to snow from hell of course), and it looked normal enough (minus the new cash register.) The problem was the lack of buffalo mozzarella on the pie. I asked his daughter about it and she said their fridge is currently out (which it is) but I was wondering if anyone noticed this recently. Have they sneakily stopped putting a whole one on each pie? It makes a BIG difference in the apparent quality of the finished product.
You mean just short on buff mozz or the buff/fior mix in total?
I hope it is not subpar this week.
Also hope the wait is non-ex as both of you have stated in recent visits.
And if they pick up the phone to take an order, even better, though I realize that is asking a lot.
Anyone ever tried leaving a message for an order on the machine when they don't pick up?
Any help to get the order called in is appreciated.
