Is there any boucherie or other store in New Orleans that carries Boudin Noir/Boudin Rouge?

      The new butchery next to Cochon has it listed on their online menu.

          Dunno any spot in NOLA that makes/sells it, but you can always drive to Thibodaux and visit the nice folks at Bourgeois Meat Market. Bourgeois makes red boudin weekly, but it sells out, so give 'em a call before you make the journey.

            I was under the impression that you wern't allowed to transport that stuff for sale...in other words, it technically had to be consumed on premises where it was made
