I'm making homemade Marshmallows for Christmas and the recipe calls light corn syrup. It is clear and colorless unlike regular corn syrup. Anyone seen this anywhere, I'm having trouble finding it.

I've also had trouble finding this in the past, when making pecan pie, so I usually stock up in the States. I noticed it (Crown brand) recently, however, at Hermes kosher bakery on Bathurst just north of Glencairn.

robgm, I think you must be mistaking what mlukan is looking for with regular, honey-coloured corn syrup. I've not seen the clear corn syrup at any of the supermarkets you've mentioned.
