vancouver new years day: Kirin lunch or dinner?

The title says it all... If you were going to eat at Kirin on a holiday, would it be lunch or dinner? Does it matter? Thanks!

If you would like dim sum then choose lunch. You can still order regular kitchen dishes as well.
