We're going to Bouley this evening for our anniversary. Recomendations as to what to order?
Tasting - "We'd like to put ourselves in the hands of the chef" so you won't need to study the menu. Don't be afraid to politely state what you really like - "Rch", "no meat", "two meat dishes" "extra vegetable dish" or whatever. Absolutely say it's your anniversary.
I adore the crayfish and flan dish in a small covered bowl. Say you want to be sure you get that - you'll sound connected.
