What to order at Artisanal and Bar Boulud...
We're going to eat at both Artisanal (Sunday brunch) and Bar Boulud (Christmas Eve) and I was hoping you could give me some tips on what to order. We like everything - no restrictions.

At Artisanal, obviously, things cheese-y. My picks would be the very good beet salad with endive, walnuts & goat cheese, followed by one of the fondues and/or cheese flight.
At Bar Boulud, in the not-to-be-missed category, definitely the charcuterie.
I haven't been to Artisanal for brunch, but the last time we went we OD'd on cheese by ordering french onion soup followed by fondue. If you do that you won't have room for anything else!
Bar Boulud is known for its Gilles Verot charcuterie; the Pate Grand-Pere is especially good IMHO. The house-cooked ham is pretty good as well.
