Dinner in PATH Underground tonite?
Will be downtown tonight between Yonge and Roy Thomson Hall. Looking for recos for a good dinner place. Have searched and seen a lot of lunch recos, but nothing for dinner. Really don't want to go up to the street because of the snow storm, but suppose I could if something fabulous......

via the path you can hit canoe, bymark, four, maybe Reds and i THINK Far Niente
Bymark is okay... I haven't been in about 2 years though and had just an okay meal there last time. Reds I've only had a summerlicious lunch there but that was really good. I can only assume that their dinner service is competent if they could dish out a solid lunch on a summerlicious menu.
The other I've never been so can't comment.

You could also get to Vertical via the PATH (wild boar ragu is great and excellent comfort food for tonight).
I can't vouch firsthand, but some say that Tundra at the Hilton is turning out some pretty good food, including a pre-theatre menu.
A (very) short sprint from the HIlton is the new Forte (well reviewed thus far, but again I've not been myself.
I also second the recommendation for Red's.

Vertical for Italian/Mediterranean. Good selection of pastas and whole fish. They cater well to the events crowd: free validated parking at First Canadian Place, and 15% off your meal if you have a ticket to the Leafs/Raptors, theatre, ballet, opera, or symphony.
