hey all
i'm in for a group dinner at milestones at john/richmond tomorrow and trying to rack my brain for somewhere non-clubby to have affordable drinks after the meal. thoughts? or is it a hopeless christmas wish, haha?

i would try and leave that awful testosterone driven sleaze-zone asap after your meal and head to the horseshoe for some frosty beer and some rock n roll! holla!

Adelaide street pub is a nice little place that just opened. Corner of Peter and Adelaide.

there are two places that come to mind - wide open on spadina and queen (just south of queen) and the bar on the north west corner of adelaide and duncan (i cannot recall the name). Both serve up cheap drinks.
Another good place is crocodile rock - drinks are always 3 bucks until 10pm.
