Best champagne sunday brunch, BYOB

We are always looking for a new sunday brunch venue, champagne included makes it better, in the philadelphia area, center city, bucks, montgomery, delaware, chester cty. would you please share your favorites with me? Also if you would, please share your picks for BYOB restaurants.

Not an every sunday kind of place, but I'd suggest Moshulu. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, for sure. I'd definitely check it out at some point.

ETA: When you said champagne brunch, I assumed you meant that they served it there. Moshulu is not a BYOB.

I like Moshulu's brunch, personally, though it's not a Chow favourite. The restaurant's fantastic in the sense of me loving boats, and the food, while not spectacular, is more than decent. I'd second Moshulu but not over the above-mentioned LaCroix.
