You might be best to ring round:

Search by area and then named London districts rather than postcode, e.g. Mayfair, Soho, Marylebone for W1.
If restaurants are possible then all the hotels will oblige. I'd go to the Ritz, as the dining room is just glorious. Might be a little more expensive than a pub though.
