West Village for Christmas Eve?

Can anyone suggest a charming eaterie for Christmas Eve dinner? We usually go to Keen's, but have a desire for the small street ambiance of the village this year. Tried Little Owl, but they're full. Open to other neighborhoods, too, but thought the village would be nice. Thanks.

Wallse was the first spot that came to mind. Warm and hearty fare served in a nice space - My favorite picturesque corner in the WV.
