Bagels in the San Gabriel Valley?

Anyone know where I can find some good bagels in the San Gabriel Valley or do I need to keep driving to LA to get my bagel fix from my favorite places? I've been to Goldstein's in Arcadia but they didn't wow me. Thanks!

La Verne close enough? Miss Donut and Bagels has better that Goldstein's IMO. Big selection and tasty. On the corner of Bonita and D St.

in the SG Valley, Goldstein's is as good as it gets. Luckily, Brooklyn Bagel isn't far...

Try Bean Town in Sierra Madre.

As far as I know, yes they make them on-site.

Surprised you didn't like Goldsteins bagels. I haven't had them in a while (since they closed in Old Town), but I always thought they were as good as the ones at Brooklyn Bagel.

Forget Noah's........they're frozen bagels they reheat at the store.

There's also Noahs NY Bagels chain, they are comparable to Goldsteins though, nothing to write home to NY about for me, and the Corner Bakery Cafe chain serves bagels, but they give you this tiny container of cream cheese, and who knows where they are made. I've recently started buying some of the grocery store bagels, but I haven't found any that wowed me so far.
