What to eat with chinese roast pig?

We are ordering a whole roasted pig (already cooked) for a chinese style wedding celebration. Anybody have any ideas on how to serve it? What to serve it with? Any suggested sauces, etc? My mom was thinking of doing some type of peking duck thing with the pancakes and scallions, but instead of using duck, use pig.

    Depending on the size of the crowd and pig, you're going to have a lot of pork...do I'd suggest some greens..rare suggestion from me..:)

      You can serve it with this white dough buns. I don't know what it's called in chinese, but it tends to go with pieces of pork. Fried rice works too.

          any kind of bready stuff to soak up the juices and fat.

        You might want to have someone carving the pig. This would avoid double dipping, fingers used forks etc.

        When we had a pig, it was actually sliced in four sections, and we took from the middle, and pushed the two ends closer as we used each quarter.
