Any qualifications? My immediate thoughts would be: stuffed dates (either wrapped in bacon and served warm, or stuffed with good parm and a drop of balsamic-- I also like them stuffed with dark chocolate and goat cheese, but that's more of a dessert thing); cucumber rounds topped with a bit of roasted chicken and sweet/hot chili sauce, smoked trout on green apples, Union Square Cafe nuts (Nigella recipe-- they're always a hit), fontina broiled in a small skillet with fresh herbs served with bread chunks, radishes with sweet butter and salt for dipping, duck pate with a tart jam on brioche toasts, goat cheese rounds rolled in paprika and parsley, cheese wafers (I actually like the ones you make with Rice Krispies!).
