Head towards Gastown to the Guu, Greedy Pig, La Casita, La Marakesh, The Irish Heather, and a few more spots.

Or, on that note, -up- Thurlow to the original Guu at Thurlow/Robson
There's also Prima Taste on Robson (at Seymour) and Tropika's on Robson (at... Bute?)
Further, the walk to Bin941 (Davie at Burrard) is worthwhile

I'm sorry, does dinner mean afternoon or evening in Canada ??! If it's lunch , I heard http://www.ehrestaurant.com/lunch-men... is good and totally affordable

I have my dinners in the evening...but my wife begs to differ. She calls it supper. But then she calls one of our hall closets a "cupboard" despite the fact there are no cups in it.
