HELP ASAP NEED DINNER DONE IN HOUR

im thawing mahi mahi (about 4 oz portions) My question is if i just simply put salt, pepper, and lemon on them how long should i back and at wat temp? im thinking 20 min at 350?

  1. Sounds about right, unless they are very thick. After 20, cut into one a little bit with a pointy knife and check how it looks in the center.
