Trendy Seattle Spot for Saturday Lunch

I have friends in town from LA on Saturday afternoon and want to bring them out for a great lunch. They are young-ish, professional trendy types who know and love good food. Any suggestions in the downtown area?

    you might also consider Boat Street .. + the sculpture park might be extra good with snow (fingers crossed)

          Le Pichet is a good suggestion but Matt's in the Market would be my top choice

              I second the suggestion for Matt's in the Market. Excellent food, great view of the market, fabulous location. All my out-of-town guests ask for repeat visits to Matt's when I take them.
