Is OMI Omakase filling?

I love sashimi/sushi and can usually clear a good 30-35 pieces myself. I've never experienced omakase before. Can anyone give me an idea of how much food I'll be served? I'm just wondering if the $65 I'll be spending there is going to satisfy/fill me.

Hubby finds it filling. Me, I fill easily. Volume aside, the quality and variety are superb.

I've had the omakase a few times. It can be very filling especially with a bottle of the Nigori Sake.
I've had between 7 and 9 courses depending on the mood of the restaurant. If you are served the fried pork belly, that alone can put a dent in your appetite as it is very filling.
I can't remember the exact number of sushi I have eaten during the omakase but you can ready my review and look at the pics for some reference.

I thought it was quite filling, but I'm not sure how many times I've eaten 30-35 pieces of sushi. Check out the previous Omi post (search) to find a couple lists of what people have received from the omakase there before.
