Butcher/fishmonger near Olney or Rockville?

I'm looking for a friendly, knowledgeable butcher and/or fishmonger near either Olney or Rockville. I'd prefer a smaller specialty shop to a chain or larger supermarket, but welcome any suggestions :) Thanks!

I get my fish from a Asian Market in Wheaton across from Popeye's called H-mart. They have a large selection of very fresh fish layed out on ice and you can have then filet or clean in any method you want. Prices and quality are good plus it is fun to shop there. also they have great fruits and veggies at dirt cheap prices
they also have a lot of meats that look good but I have not yet bought there

Check the guys from Salt River Lobster. They set up fridays across from NIH in Rockville off of Old Georgetown Road. Saturday's they set up at the Kennsington Market. Their price and quality for Seafood in the area can not be beat! Do a google for them, they have a website with their basics, the always have more than what's listed>
