New Years Eve Dinner

I am looking for a good place to go for NYE dinner. I am looking for good food, fun atomospher, and not too expensive. It is going to be two couples and we will be in the Dupont / Adams Morgan area, but would be willing to consider almost anything if it will be a good time. Please help. Thanks!!!

    1. We did Bistrot du Coin a couple of times for NYE. It's loud, cramped, festive and fun - they don't have a special menu or anything - but we enjoyed it very much. Note that we did an early dinner, so I can't speak to the experience later in the evening.

        1. Perhaps you'd enjoy Commonwealth's 'vicars and tarts' dress up party. It's a new place, so this is their first new year's eve and I have no idea, except just noticed they had a sign up about it.
