Quiche for a party

I am looking for an excellent quiche to serve at a party next week. I would like several different varieties, any suggestions?

    Riviera Bakehouse in Ardsley, NY has awesome quiches! They also have savory tarts which are delicious as well!

      Other than making them, my second choice would be Morton Williams in Hartsdale.
