Lobster Quesadillas recipe from Red Parrot - Newport
My son was stationed in Newport and spend way to much time and money at he Red Parrot. He's in Wisconsin now and missing the seafood. He still raves about the Lobster Quesadillas. I would love to surprise him with some over the holidays. Does anyone have any thoughts about how the Parrot prepares them. Is the lobster seasoned very much. Is it just mozarella and jack cheese?
