Where can I find the biggest greasiest omlette in the City? I don't want a gourmet style omlette with foo foo ingredients but something that will clog all my arteries my lunch time.

Well, I don't know if it's the biggest or the greasiest, but Ella's in Pacific Heights makes great eggs (although my favorite is their chicken hash). Also Toast in Noe Valley (two locations now) makes great eggs. If you want a "dive-y" atmosphere I think Pork Store on Haight is terrific.
