"spoon" hors d'oeuvres ideas?

I was given some beautiful ceramic spoons as a gift and would like to use them to serve some sort of hors d'oeurves at a cocktail party I'm having this weekend.
Any ideas for something bite-sized? Some sort of delicate shrimp or scallop? Thanks!
