Caviar in Central CT

I don't know anything about caviar, but I'd like to change that. My wife would rather eat carpet tacks than fish eggs, so that seems to make home experimentation too costly and/or wasteful. Are there any restaurants or wine bars in the Hartford area that serve different varieties of caviar?

can't think of any. Too high end for Max's Fish, Oyster or any of the seafood restaurants... possibly something down at the casino?

Thanks, I will try the casinos. I'll be at the Mohegan Sun for their winefest in January and check it out there. It sounds like I may be on my own, though, so I guess I will also check other boards for a good "starter" caviar to buy myself.
